I need a little more information to complete our hotel bookings and begin invoicing .

It is set up in a simple form to the right of this note.

Could you please go through and fill in the form, it won’t take long and hit submit and you are done.

At this stage our focus is on the number of attendees, you can make decisions about partners down the track if need be. But dates for arrival and departure will be helpful. We can use the group rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the event.

Once I have your form I will generate an invoice for you -

Deposits are payable on Invoice and secure your spot.

I will have more questions but this gets me started.
