The Event

You will be required to arrive on 30th November 2024 .

or at latest by 0830 on Sunday 1st December

many of the group are comimg the day before.

The workshop will commence by 9.00am sharp on the 1st December .

The last day of the event will be 6th December

Followed by a farewell dinner.

Check out will be 12 noon 7 December

Accommodtion is in Sukhothai’s deluxe rooms.

If you require additional rooms or Twin beds please not that on your application form and we will assist you.

We are still finalising the actual agenda but there will be new material again.

For example Jon will be focussing on The mindset of the trader, Forecasting and using Options to maximise these opportunities with some trading ideas “Inspired” by Gann.

Tim will be looking at his US STEEL work discussing parts of his books, and his application of these rules to the SPI and much more .

Saturday 30 November 2024 - Group Arrives ( after 2 pm )

After settling into your accomodation enjoy some rest and relaxation in the gardens or perhaps a cocktail by the pool

EVENING - we are planning a casual gathering by the pool, finger food and drinks.

We will be around if you want to have a chat and catch up .

We start at 9am sharp tomorrow morning !

Sunday 1 December 2024 - Workshop Day 1

After a Sukhothai breakfast we should probably sleep, however the work begins.

Please register in the Ball Room vestibule by 8.45 - the doors will open at 9 am.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas are provided for the Attendees and Partners.

'After School' you will probably find Jon and a few die hards pouring over charts or discussing the market in the bar or by the pool, don’t be shy anyone is welcome to join in.

Alternately take a dip before dinner .

Evening - Tonight you are alone, eat on site or in one of the local eateries or venture into Bangkok for a little night life - remember tomorrow is a school day .

Monday 2 December 2024 - Workshop Day 2

After Breakfast. The work continues !

Time for a dip before dinner !

Evening - Group dinner with partners, at a venue onsite - You may consider retiring back to the bar or your room to review todays material or place some Trades - Mid evening in Bangkok is opening in NYC a great time zone if you cant be in the USA.

EVENING - On your own

Wednesday 4th December 2024

A DAY OFF

you are on your own to explore bangkok and the surrounding area we will have some recommendations and are looking into a couple of activities that may be of interest.

The Sukhothai runs an excellent cooking class for example - more info to come as the event unfolds.

Thursday 5th December 2024 - Workshop Day 4

After Breakfast The work continues !

EVENING - on your own - the Banyan tree roof top is across the road , grab some new trading buddies and enjoy the hotel restaurants or head into town - the choice is yours.

Friday 6th December - Workshop Day 5

Your final Breakfast!

A big day as we continue to draw the whole thing together.

The work continues and we wrap up with final questions by 3:30 - 4.00pm.

Make the most of the property this afternoon before joining us for dinner.

EVENING - Final group Farewell dinner - on site venue to be advised

Saturday 7th December - Depart for home

COST - US dollars

The event is priced in US dollars.

We have again absorbed price increases and keep the cost the same as previous events.

As usual we encourage you to bring your partners or family and make a vacation out of it. Bangkok is a vibrant beautiful city and the hotel is set on acreage with a a beautiful pool. You dont feel like you r dint he middle of the city .

You may consider vacationing in the area before or after the Workshop.

I'm pretty sure the ‘Partners’ will not be bored and they will be well spoilt, they may have the best of the whole thing really.! The chance to explore the local area or while away their days by the beautiful pool or in the SPA.

If this does not sound appealing they can always sign on for the Workshop!

Past Attendee Stay on site US $ 5990.

Partner Attending Workshop US $ 3990.

Partner NOT Attending Workshop US $ 1250.

Payments Schedule, Details and Refunds.

This schedule is in line with our Hotel contracted commitments.

Payment 1 - on receipt of your application form we will invoice you in full.

The $1500 USD non refundable*** deposit is due at the time of invoice to hold your spot.

(***Unfortunately, this partial cost recovery is required due to a number of cancellations at the previous events leading to unused, contracted rooms and catering we had to pay for.! In the event we can fill your room we will of course refund your monies. Alternately t will be applied to the cost of the recordings.)

Payments made in full by January 30 2024 - attract a 5% discount.

Payment 2 - 1/2 remaining invoice due 30 April, 20224 (refund subject to filling the spot.)

Payment 3 -Balance due 30 August 2024 (refund subject to filling the spot.)

We recommend using TransferWise for cash transfers.

There is no additional charge for this method or

Direct Bank Deposit to our bank account ( please ensure your bank fees are covered.)

If you wish to pay by transfer wise or direct bank transfer the details are the same as the previous event if you have them on file, alternately here they are in a seperate attachment.

Payment can also be made by clicking the link on your invoice using PayPal or a Credit Card ( unfortunately a 7% merchant surcharge applies and has been added to your invoice - it will be deducted if you pay by Wise or Direct Bank Deposit)

Refunds

1. GENERAL. If for some reason you are un able to attend - refunds will be issued based on filling your spot less any bank charges incurred. Or be applied to the recordings if available.

2. INSURANCE. Please be sure you have travel insurance - in the event that you cannot attend for health or other reasons and we cannot fill your spot this will be your recourse for cost recovery as our contract with the hotel is fixed.

It is our intent always to do the right thing in this regard but remember our costs are fixed whether you attend or not.

TRAVEL

You need to think about how you will find us.

There is nothing fun about arriving in a strange city after a long flight trying to figure out where you are going.

There are a number of convenient ways to arrive at The Sukhothai in Bangkok

Remember if you are booking a Car specify the airport - there are 2 airports in Bangkok - 1. Suvarnabhumi - BKK and 2. Don Meeaung - DMK

BY TAXI & UBER.

Whilst Uber does not operate in Bangkok there are some options

Grab, Bolt or InDRIVE offer similar services .

TAXIs are abundant and cheap !

PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

The public transport network in Bangkok is excellent.

However you would need to change Trains on the way from the airport. I think the nearest train station to the Sukhothai is LUMPHINI - from there it’s a 5-10 minute walk or a 2 minute bus ride to the hotel drive.
